DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF WINE MAKING
Learn How To Make Wine At Home Like A True Expert!

From The Desk Of: Edward Jones

    Fellow Wine Lover

I set this website up because I love winemaking but hate the exclusive, snobby attitude that can go with it. Everyone should be able to enjoy wine. That’s why I want to share my wine knowledge with as many people as possible.

Since you’ve found this website I’m assuming you love wine as much as I do. The truth is, I’m always on the internet looking for winemaking tips and tricks. While doing some research, I stumbled upon a fantastic manuscript by Mr. H. E. Bravery.

While Mr Bravery is a well-known and respected wine maker, he differs from many in the industry because he actually loves to share his knowledge. With 20 years experience in winemaking, he is an expert on many different wines and isn’t afraid of trying something new.

I noticed that most of his work was available online with the exception of one of his most important pieces of work, ‘Successful Winemaking At Home’. Even though it was first published some years ago this book has the best winemaking information I have ever seen.

In the 15 chapters here’s just a snippet of what you’ll learn:
    • The basics of wine making at home
    • Little-known secrets to transform your wine from nice to exceptional
    • Common utensils & equipment to use
    • In-depth tutorials on: fermentation, clarification, sterilization, siphon, bottling, storage and maturation
    • The ‘natural enemies’ to successful home wine making
    • Over 90 step-by-step recipes on making wine or liquor
    • How to use common ingredients available at home when you can't find that special ingredient

If this is the kind of information that you have been looking for, here’s the good news…

I have contacted the original copyright owners and gained permission to republish Mr. H. E. Bravery’s complete work on this website. Although I had to pay to have the manuscript reformatted and published online, winemaking is my passion. Therefore, I want to share this book with as many people as possible for free.

The information is second to none and you’ll soon be making great wines at home – better than half the ones in your local liquor store.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
    Cheers and Happy Tasting
    Edward Jones
